Our playlist composition is based on the color assignments of the single tracks (see About). We play only certain color ranges at certain times. The rectangles in the graphics below mark the different target ranges.
Because we don't want to force ourselves into a specific program, we've chosen to use just three phases which are all at least twelve hours long. We want all listeners worldwide to hear the full spectrum. The target areas are defined dynamically by us. They do not always have to look exactly as below.

The Full SpectrumThe full spectrum looks like this. It goes from left (quiet) to right (wild) and from bottom (dark) to the top (cheery). This division is just a rough guideline. Tracks are placed where they best fit. |

Quiet TimesOn the left we have the quiet tracks, mostly beatless. Healer, Ishq, Namlook etc. |

Wild TimesOn the right side is the harder stuff. Shpongle, Entheogenic, Ott etc. |

Working Week (Mo 10:00 - Fr 19:00 CET)During workdays we play all the tracks which are suitable for office listening. That way you can listen to Sofaspace all day long without disturbing your coworkers. This selection also proved to be perfectly suited for after-work-chilling. |

Weekend (Fr 19:00 - Su 19:00 CET)The spectrum is widened for the weekend. We open our playlist for the harder stuff at friday night. It's the time where everybody is getting into party mood. On sonday afternoon we move the target area slowly to the left until we reach the cryosleep area. |
